UNDISERABLE LABOURS INDIA (COVID-19)

      The entire globe is fighting with a pendamic and India also.Indian economy mostly run with two wheels 1.Harvester Class 2. Labour class.Both classes is now surviving in uncertain situations,where harvester loose his harvest in low prise due to lack of transportation,the lebour looses his jobs ,even lives for his undesirable presence in today's scenario of disproportionate behavior of our Administration.
           India is a diverse country.So, every state has a certain demand of labours for industry, construction, production, cultivation etc.So this leads to massive migration of Human resources from one state to another.We can also say nothing wrong with that.As india is a union of states and we are all the citizen of Indian Union first.It is notable that There are many labour union's are established on the donations of labours to protect their rights in work place.The doubtful roles of these unions  at today's situation I have discuss later.
             But in today's situation where our Union Govt. impose a nationwide lockdown in 4 hour short notice to save human live,It's becomes necessary "why govt loss credibility in the eyes of labour class,so the circumstances forced them to return native land through any unsecured way on foot,on boat,even in the tanker of cement mixing truck?"

         It was a dark night like demonetisation when a dicision of Union Govt is imposed without any preparation,without taking states or constitutional bodies under confidence.But whatever happened only aimed at save of life so it was forgiveable.But what next?What govt. did next ,to protect rights of the labour class?Nothing significant!!Even labours forced to start their journey on feet.No wage,No food how much a human can survive 21 days? Migrant labours were thrown in hunger and unhygienic inhabitant shelters by the administration.States like Kerala,Chatishgara,Jharkhand,Odisha, Goa,Punjab(expect some exceptions ) handled the situation well.But in most part of country, situation was out of control as every state is not well experienced regarding disaster management.It was the duty of union govt. putting political differences aside to maintain uninterrupted supply of food,aids, logistics & technical supports and to enforce well planned S.O.P.s(Standard Operating Procedures) to maintain low and order.Because insecurity leads to revolutionary violence.This proven true then.As the  supplies and supports or preventive measures are not conducted in appropriate way so labour strikes raised in many metropolitans.But all are denied by propaganda media.Even large labor unions like BMS don't gives a single appears in this situation instead of advice administrator for protection of rights of labour,they advice labour.Where also some unions like CITU arise voice against such discrimination with labour class.
It is the matter of concern that the SOP that means to transportation of labour class on 36th day of lockdown can be made effective from 14th day.On 14th day obviously there were less No. of active cases than that of on 36th day.But that we have already seen in many circumstances our Union Govt. May work without brain or intelligence.Only experiment and experiment are happening by this govt .
           Many state Govt.s has been abolished sense of labor lows by rectification.UP govt. Rectify previous rule that if a labour works more than 8 hours then Master has to pay extras as per extra work.Now any master can take works as much hour he need without any payment.Lots of rights to rise voice against exploitation of labours are now weakened.On the same way MP also
               Now labour class have to realize how this capitalized society exploits him.We have to accept the reality that labour class produces and consumer class consumes and reserves  a Lion's share that nothing much remain for labor consumption.We live in a cruel and disproportionate society of 21st century.
        If such social experiments happens a lot then obviously a great revolution arises.
